the Blue Flower by Penelope Fitzgerald

Purchased in a store with hopes that the story would be as beautiful and mystical as the cover, this book became, sadly overlooked. I am sure there is beauty and magic to be found in this tale, written about Germany's own Friedrich von Hardenburg, who most famously went by the name, Novalis.
